The Prosurge's Intelligent Surge and Power Monitor is a smart monitoring system for surge protective devices (SPDs). This multi-function surge monitoring device can smartly detect your power system and LPS (lightning Protecting System), as a core unit for smart LPS or Surge Protective Devices (SPD), it is an innovative solution to make your lightning protection system smart and intelligent.
Each lightning and surge event at the SPD include surge current polarity, surge event time, total surge events quantity etc. are measured. This Smart Surge and Power Monitor can also monitor the SPD working status, SPD's aging, the back up over-current protection device working status, SPD real-time voltage, Grounding conditions and N line status and the measurement data is transferred into a cloud based storage by RS485 Mobus.
